• Search for new appropriate prospective premises
• Inspection of prospective premises with the client
• Assistance in negotiations between the Client and  the owner/buyer/seller  of the premises in getting  suitable price and conditions for the Client in case of  lease/purchase/sale of the premises.
• Assistance with collecting documents necessary for the Lease or Sale Contract
• Assistance with handing over the premises and signing the act of acceptance in case of  lease/purchase/sale of the premises by the Client

We save time of Clients by utilizing our experience in showing only options which meet Clients’ criteria,  and negotiating the most competitive terms for the Client.
